RESOLUTIONS OF THE FOURTH NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OF THAILAND (NHRCT) ON PROTECTION AND STANDARDS OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION AT THE 30TH MEETING OF B.E. 2564 [2021]
          On June 29, B.E. 2564 [2021], the NHRCT held the 30th meeting of B.E. 2564 [2021] on the protection and standards of human rights protection, with the consideration of complaints as follows.
          1. Consideration of four draft reports on the investigation results of human rights violation, namely:
              - Right of labor in the claim that the terminated employment of a pregnant woman in the situation of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was unfair and affected the newborn.
              - Right of labor in the claim that an employer changed the conditions of employment, causing unfair treatment.
              - Right to person’s integrity and children's rights in the claim that a school failed to comply with the Rule of the Ministry of  Education on the Wearing of  Hairstyles of  Students B.E. 2563 [2020] and that a teacher punished a student against the Rule of the Ministry of Education on Penalization of Pupils and Students B.E. 2548 [2005].
              - Right to the administration of justice related to the right to privacy in the case of  police officers behaving inappropriately in housing searches. It was requested that female police officers should be present during the arrest and investigation in case of LGBTQI suspects.
          2. Agree to extend the due date for three investigations of complaints as requested by officers.
          3. Review of the human rights violation investigation report form.
