RESOLUTIONS OF THE FOURTH NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OF THAILAND ON PROTECTION AND STANDARDS OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION AT THE 36TH MEETING OF B.E. 2564 [2021]

        On 17 August, B.E. 2564 [2021], the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand (NHRCT) held its 36th meeting of B.E. 2564 [2021] as regards the protection and standards of human rights protection with the following agendas:
        1. Consideration of draft examination reports on two complaints which are:
            - Right to public health services and right to housing in the claim that a person suffering from leprosy was affected by the cancellation of Rajpracha Samasai foster home
            - Right to property in the claim concerning an overlapping claim over the land which was owned by the complainant and the Treasury Department;
        2. Consideration of eight complaints admissible for further investigation;
        3. Consideration of four complaints admissible for human rights coordination;
        4. The public forum on “Human Rights and COVID-19: The role of the government”  which will be held by the NHRCT in co-ordination with other organizations on August 27, B.E. 2564 [2021].
