NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OF THAILAND RESOLUTIONS ON ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECT AT THE 30TH MEETING OF B.E. 2564 [2021]

On July 29, B.E. 2564 [2021], the National Human Rights Commission of Thailand (NHRCT) held its 30th meeting of B.E. 2564 [2021] on administrative aspect at the Office of the NHRCT and via online electronic medium (Zoom meeting) with the following key meeting resolutions. 
                1. To approve list of five persons to be appointed as advisors to the NHRCT
                2. To approve the budget allocation of the fiscal year B.E. 2564 [2021] for two projects on the right to legal status involving Thai diaspora, namely: 
                    2.1 Project to prepare recommendations, measures or guidelines for enhancing the implementation of the Nationality Act (No. 5) B.E. 2555 [2012]  
                    2.2 Project on survey and preparation of information and recommendations on the right to legal status of Thai diaspora who are unable to access legal entitlement in Chumphon, Ranong, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Phang-Nga Provinces 
                3. To establish a working group to draw lessons learnt from previous complaints investigation of the NHRCT 
                4. To consider members of a working group to consider and select people and organizations with outstanding performance in promotion and protection of human rights for B.E. 2564 [2021] 
                5. To appoint three working groups to undertake activities to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the NHRCT as scheduled to be part of the Human Rights Day event for B.E. 2564 [2021]
