RESOLUTIONS OF THE FOURTH NATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION OF THAILAND (NHRCT) ON PROTECTION AND STANDARDS OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION AT THE 31ST MEETING OF B.E. 2564 [2021]

            On July 6, B.E. 2564 [2021], the NHRCT held its 31st meeting of B.E. 2564 [2021] on the protection and human rights protection standards with complaints scheduled for the meeting as follows.
            1. Consideration of the following cases:
                - Right to work in the claim of unfair conditions of job dismissal related to compensations and other monetary entitlement according to the law.
                - Right to occupation in the claim that a public officer issued an order prohibiting to operate homestay service.
                - Right of the child in the justice system in the claim of the disclosure of criminal record concerning children and youth, affecting their future occupation.
                - Right and liberty of person’s integrity in relation to their privacy in the claim of frequent house searches by police officers and the alleged sexual harassment.
                - Right to education in the claim of unfair evaluation of online learning results.
            2. Agreed extension of the due dates of two petitions proposed by responsible officers.
            3. Review of the report forms of human rights investigation.
            4. Preparation to monitor and coordinate the protection of human rights concerning the blast of Kingkaew factory at the scene of incident and nearby workers camp on Wednesday, July 7, B.E. 2564 [2021].
